TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS

1. Introduction Welcome to Hide View Bar and Restaurant @ Leathersellers Hide. by Leisure Measured (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern all online reservations made for our pop-up restaurant events in the United Kingdom. By booking a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Reservations & Payment 2.1. All reservations must be made online via our official website or authorised booking platform. 2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept major credit and debit cards. 2.3. Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email from us.

3. Cancellation Policy –Hide View Bar and Restaurant @ Leathersellers Hide.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation for the Hide View Bar and Restaurant @ Leathersellers Hide. event, please review our cancellation policy below:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable, and no credit or transfer will be issued.

To cancel your booking, please use the "Manage Tickets" tab located within your "Your Tickets for VIP Lounge" email confirmation you received when placing your order. NOTE, transaction and booking fees will be retained.

4. No-Show Policy 4.1. Failure to attend your reservation without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of your payment, with no refund issued.

5. Changes to Reservations 5.1. Reservation amendments (such as change of date or number of guests) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled booking. 5.2. We reserve the right to refuse reservation changes within 7 days of the event.

6. Dietary Requirements & Allergies 6.1. Guests must notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking. 6.2. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Liability & Responsibility 7.1. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their visit. 7.2. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and must comply with venue rules and regulations.

8. Force Majeure 8.1. We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions 9.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect.

Complaints Procedure – Leisure Measured VIP Lounge Event

At Leisure Measured, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience at all of our events. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your VIP Lounge experience, we encourage you to share your feedback so we can address any concerns and improve future events.

How to Make a Complaint:

  1. During the Event: If you experience an issue during the event, please speak to a member of the Leisure Measured team on-site. We’ll do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

  2. After the Event: If your complaint arises after the event or was not resolved on the day, please submit your complaint in writing within 7 days of the event. Email: info@leisuremeasured.com Please include:

    • Your full name

    • Event details (e.g., date and ticket name)

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Any relevant supporting information or documentation

Our Response:

  • We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days.

  • A full response will typically be provided within 7 business days, following a thorough review.
